Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is collected on this website, how it is used, and your rights.
General information only — last updated June 2026. This website is operated independently. The agency's own privacy policy (Twomey Schriber Property Group) governs data handled through agency systems.
What information is collected
When you submit the appraisal request or contact form, the following details are collected: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any message you provide. No other personal information is collected through this website.
This website also collects anonymised usage data through Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4 — including page views, device type, and referral source. This data does not identify you personally.
Why it is collected
Form data is collected solely to respond to your enquiry and provide a free, no-obligation property appraisal. It is not used for any other purpose.
Anonymised analytics data is used to understand which content is useful and to improve the website. It is not linked to your form submission.
How it is stored and shared
When you submit a form, your details are sent to Alexie Aristides by email via Resend (a transactional email service) and logged to a private Google Sheet. Both services are access-restricted.
This website is hosted on Vercel (infrastructure provider). Vercel processes request data to serve the site. Vercel's privacy policy applies to infrastructure-level data.
Your personal information is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to track anonymised usage. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies.
